It's a Stitching and Painting Blog - I promise.
I know, I know - I've been a bit obsessed. You have to be in the begining to be successful. But I'm having to think "less" about it as it's becoming routine now and is just part of daily life.
And you guys have been so encouraging - THAT has made a difference!
So, no more blogging about bootcamp or health stuff. I will continue with my sidebar update - which is more for my own accountability. But it's back to stitching and painting. Check me out on Monday and you'll see. I have some things to show you - cross my heart!
Enjoy this glorious blue sky, sunshine filled day.
This is THE day that the Lord hath made,
we will REJOICE and be glad in it!!

Pretty heart...impressed with your work out drills...nice to keep it all going. Bravo on both fronts.
ha ha you go ahead and write anything, it's your blog and i never get tired of reading about others getting fit and healthy and slim, as long as i can read while lolling on the sofa! your atc cards are on their way.
I know exactly what you mean, I am doig a very similar thing to you, but self motivated. My PE teacher in school is setting my training plan and I do intense cardio work in mine too, so totally get you. Haven't lost loads of weight but have lost 2 dress sizes and none of my clothes fit anymore!! So well done you and keep going, everyday is the key!
Oh I have enjoyed your Boot camp blogging too. You are encouraging us as we do our walking here.
Lovely Heart too.
Oh and congrats on the 12 pounds.. wow.
if that's any indication to what's coming on Sunday, you can bet your boot camp that I'll be back with bells on!! :)
That's great, another 2lbs off, that's a lot!! Well done! All the less to shift around at boot camp on Monday. Look forward to Sunday's Stitches and the goodies you have to show. Have a lovely weekend and may the sun shine :o) Carolyn x
Carolyn - lol you are so funny.
"All the less to shift around at bootcamp on Monday...""" lol - so true - so true. Every ounce lost is one less ounce to "haul" (or shift as you say) around. Amen!
2lbs is a heavy bag of sugar over her, lol :o)
