Not a great month for us. We recently found out that our precious Gizmo is not well. At 3 years old - he has idiocratic epilepsy. Needless to say, we are devastated. After suffering a month with seizures (sometimes three a day) he has been put on medication that we are praying will eradicate them. Time will tell.
We love you so much Gizmo. Please, please get well. I can't imagine my life without you in it.

My thoughts are with you and Gizmo. My "old man" turns 12 next week. We suffered through seizures when he was young. Eventually, we were able to wean him from the drugs and he's fine without them. My other guy, had a really bad one-time event seizure. Its scary as hell to watch them go through this. I'm hoping the meds help your little guy.

...sending doggy prayers for your sweet pup!I have a cousin here whose dog has been on seizure meds for yrs. and does fine!(The vet might have to add an anxiety med, tho...)so think positive!He's young and might grow out of them, even!You're a good "mommy"!!!

Cathie, one of my Grand dogs has seizures,,has for years, and the medication works wonders!
Hope this is the case for Gizmo also,,,he's adorable.
