Why is it that things that are supposed to make our lives easier -- are sometimes so
COMPLICATED????
Still quilting this teeny tiny purple quilt on the frame. Almost done. I could have hand quilted it by now.
I've got Oh so many things in the works - can't wait to share, but it will be another day or two as I don't have much free time and I still have to put the binding on. This has been quite a learning experience.
NOTE TO SELF:
Don't forget that the pedal gets pushed down if you lean against the wooden handles -- even if your finger is underneath @$!@#.
Oh, and make sure to put bobbin IN the machine BEFORE spending 1/2 hour attaching, screwing and wedging the Janome into the quilting frame.
IDIOT.
why don't you put those adorable assistants to work? isn't that what they're paid for?
ReplyDeletewhen I wrote 'Jackass quilt style' it wasnt a tutorial you know!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely hysterical...lol!!! You are too funny! I agree with Jeanne, why don't you put those adorable assistants to work!?!!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to seeing this quilt done and hearing the story about the lucky little girl!!!
I am thrilled that you have your Gracie set up and are finally getting the chance to use it!!! Next time will be easier!!!
Hugs ~Lisa ;-)
P.S. I meant to say I like your new header too!!! ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy assistants are basically only good for three things -- catching a frisbee, eating cookies, and giving fuzzy wet kisses. I think I pay them way too much!
