A bit of slow cloth stitching....

Here is a little hand painted sunflower I did a while ago as part of a  larger cloth.  I cut this piece off to make a little needle book.

I've added some seed stitching to the front and ....

stitched some leaf veins on the back.

I rather like this so far.
