I've Been Painting....

Canvas, duck cloth, cheese cloth, dryer sheets, batting, basically anything I can get my hands on.

I've got a few smaller projects in the works and have been working on Salvatore's quilt.

Weather in North Carolina is indescribably delicious. Perfect Harley riding weather, perfect sitting on the porch with husband and drinking coffee (or martinis!) weather, perfect sleeping with all the windows open under a light quilt weather, perfect drying painted fabric outside weather, perfect working in the garden weather, perfect playing frisbee with the corgis weather , need I say more?

What do YOU think this weather is perfect for???

Ours is perfect for snuggling under a blanket! We're still in the 40's in the daytime and 30's at night! Rainy, windy, UGH! But maybe next week will be better.
Can't wait to see what you're painting!

Well, I hope Gizmo and Toby are on the run! ~wink~

I'm looking forward to seeing Salvatore's quilt...I know it will be wonderful and he'll love it.

Hmmmm...everything you listed sounds delightful. Most importantly...taking advantage of it and enjoying every minute! Relax, close your eyes, listen to the birds sing, feel the warmth touch your soul, feel the breeze blow, garden, BBQ, take pictures, read, stitch, bead, go to the river or beach...it seems everything comes alive with the sunshine.

Enjoy it Cathie! XO ~Lisa

Perfect weather sounds wonderful!
Our's is perfect for sitting inside and feeling the warmth of the sun, and enjoying the outdoors while wearing layers. At least we have been reminded that the sun will come again!
