Merry Christmas!

Went to the cemetary early this morning. Mom and Daddy I miss you both so much. Christmas time can be so hard - for with every light, every ribbon, every song - I hear your laughter, Mom. Bittersweet, I guess.

Kids both at significant others for Christmas Eve. The first Christmas Eve we are not all together.

But - the silver lining - Blaise and I get to spend a nice, peaceful, romantic Christmas Eve with the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes, a bottle of wine, some Christmas music, a few lights and candles and maybe.....
just maybe - one gift.

A special one.
