Been Training 2 Times a Week....

with my trainer for the last few weeks.  After the New Year, I'm upping it to three days with the trainer, and three days on my own.  I'm feeling  much stronger already and am sleeping so well.  The plan is to go paleo by the first of the year.  Slowly eliminating carbs and the white stuff.  It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.   Hoping the rest of my family follows suit.


For now...
Enjoying the crisp salt air  and austere beauty of Hatteras for a few days.
I have it all to myself.
It's all mine.
